Following a telephone call from the developer we were asked if we could help on this project. The previous groundwork contractor had walked off site, due to ground conditions being so bad, there was a land slippage that threatened a row of newly built houses.

This project was built by an existing cliff face. Initially the main contractor was going to use their in house ground working gang but it soon became very evident from any early stage that they would need someone with a sound knowledge of problem ground conditions.

In 2007 Emerald Construction purchased a formwork and soffit system from Faresin. Being the first and only one on the Island to have their own system we can now offer a cost effective, faster formwork system to use on various projects.
