Emerald Construction cater for new build factory units to restoration. We specialise in both metal clad and traditional brickwork styles.

We have experience in upgrading factory units, laying down concrete floors. We are specialised in concrete shuttering, formwork and steel fixing. With our expertise and experience we can accommodate for your factory unit work.

On day 1 the site was absolutley cleared ready for work to begin on this brand new factory in Ryde.

After some hard work and excellent craftsmanship the factory was finally complete to Emeralds Construction's high standards. There were a number of hurdles that we had to overcome in order for us to get to this position. 

Within the first month of the project, it was quickly apparent that the job on hand was going to be a lot more challenging than expected. As you can see from the images above, we came across very bad ground conditions, mainly running sand. Are experts worked tirelessly to ensure the unexpected find would not delay the new build factory unit. 

Our solution? We installed a ground dewatering system as shown in the images above. Installing the ground dewatering system, enabled us to continue the groundworks for the new factory unit. Read more about this case study here.
