Development of Luxury Apartments: Luccombe Road, Luccombe

This project was built by an existing cliff face. Initially the main contractor was going to use their in house ground working gang but it soon became very evident from any early stage that they would need someone with a sound knowledge of problem ground conditions. Once we had addressed the ground condition problems a land drainage system was installed on the site so that works could then proceed as normal.

This is the same site showing retaining walls and columns which will eventually form the under croft parking to the luxury apartments above.
