" I appointed Emerald Construction as sole contractors to undertake repair and refurbishment of G******* for repair works to the house which took place between November 2005 and January 2006
During that time Eddie McMahon, the proprietor took charge of the works, together with his foreman. A team of operatives worked on the property; a sub-contracted electrical contractor and a heating engineer for their trades.
The works were carried out efficiently and to time, with particular care required for a Grade II listed building of historic interest and architecture."
